The business today is a testament to our incredible team of over 50 staff, comprising a wide range of experiences, ages, backgrounds and skills.
Many of our staff are local to Nantwich and have been with us throughout their entire careers, with several of our longest serving members marking over 20 years.
It is the collective knowledge, talent and passion of our staff which allows us to continue moving forward.
Training and Development
We know the value of providing new opportunities and new skills both for our staff and the success of the business. There is continuous training and development for staff in all areas of the farm, delivered by both internal team members and external specialists.
